Test results & telephone enquiries
If you have a general enquiry eg requesting test results, we shall be pleased to help you if you telephone 01929 462376 AFTER 2.00pm Monday to Thursday and AFTER 2.30pm on Fridays.
Please do not ring during morning surgery as we are too busy to check for you at this time and you will be asked to call back.

If you have a query regarding your medication you can speak to a Dispenser on their direct telephone line 01929 401265 at the following times:
- Monday – Thursday (8.30am-1.00pm & 2.00pm – 5.30pm)
- Friday (8.30am-12.30pm & 2.30pm – 5.30pm)
(Please do not telephone the main surgery number with medication queries at other times as reception staff are not able to help you and you will be asked to call back).
When your test is taken you will be told how long it will be before the results are likely to be returned to the practice. Doctors will always endeavour to inform patients of abnormal results (assuming a review appointment had not already been suggested). However, it remains your responsibility to check your results with reception.
Please be aware: Test results take time to reach us, so please do not ring before you have been advised to do so. (Please ring 01929 462376 after 2pm Mon – Thurs and after 2.30pm on Fri for results of tests and general enquiries)
Enquiries about tests ordered by the hospital should be directed to the hospital, not the practice.
