Do It Online

Did you know you can access to a range of services via your computer, mobile phone or tablet:

  • book or cancel appointments online
  • order repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results*

*For test results see the test results section below.

You can still contact the practice by telephone or in person, other patients have found online services more convenient and saves them time. More information including 'how to' leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

You don't need to be registered for online services to be able to use the eConsult feature, just click on the blue eConsult image from our homepage to start an online consultation with a GP.

Access your online services via Systmonline (the clinical records systems)

How to sign up for online services

You need to sign up in person - the next time you visit the surgery, please bring with you a piece of photo ID (passport, driving licence) and something with your address on like a bank statement but not a gas or electric bill. If you don’t have these, please talk to us and we will help you sign-up.

We will give you a letter containing a username and password. It is also helpful to give us an email address at this time (in case you ever need to reset your password in the future).

Once you've signed up to online services, you can return to this page to log in to access your medical records (click the log in button below), you can also use the links below to access the following additional services (outside of the NHS App):

Linking your online services to the NHS, or other third party apps

To be able to link your medical records with the NHS or another third party app, you need to be signed up with your GP online services to access the full range of services.

If you are asked to contact your surgery during the app registration process, please call or ask our reception team who will sign you up for GP online services if you haven't already got access to your online records (see the section above).

Test results

All patients with the NHS app (or third party app) linked to their online services will automatically be able to see results for bloods taken on or after 1st November 2023.

Any patient with the NHS app and who already has detailed coded record access, will be able to see blood test results and limited other information since 2015.

If you wish to see items such as blood test results going back to 2015, full vaccination history etc on the NHS app, once you are signed up, and logged in via the above process with your user details you will need request access to your 'detailed coded record' via the desktop version of your online services, please see the how to guide for the steps you need to take.

Access your medical records and full functionality of the NHS App

The NHS app is developing regularly with new features being added. Anyone can download the NHS app, however, to use the full range of functionality you will need to be signed up to 'online services' as described above. See 'how to sign up for online services' and 'linking your online services to the NHS app' sections above.
